Final film in Kieslowski's "Three Colors" trilogy which, like BLUE and WHITE, can stand alone with its self-contained story. Fashion model Jacob meets embittered, retired judge Trintignant by accident, then develops relationship with him and enters his cloistered, secret world. Set in Geneva, this is a tale of several intertwining lives: a look at communication and lack of same in modern society. Acclaimed, but not for all tastes. This final chapter is subtitled FRATERNITY.
