I don't like the end to, it looks to easy... the easyest way to close the film.
I think that what is important in the film is the sensation but also the text. The words are very important, it's sounds better in "Boy meets girl". But in Les amants du pont neuf, my favourite moment is when Michelle is coming to the jail and she's speaking about dreams.
I red lot of time articles whitch are saying that Carax writes like a poeter, it's true, but the image are helping, they express sometimes things where words hasen't got enough power. and that is more than poetry!
