How to refuse all cookies?

I don't know if it can be done with netscape 3; in case it can't, you could
work around it by installing "junkbuster" on your box and using that as a
web proxy.

Personally, I block cookies except for the few sites that do something
with them that's actually useful for me:,,, (all use cookies to provide
"accounts") and (uses cookies to store my preferences)).
This is easily done through junkbuster's /etc/junkbuster/cookiefile .
